PREMIANT CITY TOUR PRESENTATION

At present Premiant City Tour is one of the leading incoming travel agencies in the Czech travel market. This agency was established in 1992 after the Velvet Revolution that caused the fall of the hated communist political system in the former Czechoslovakia and after that long economical and political isolation this freed country could again open its boarders to foreign market and tourists.

Since that time the former Czechoslovakia, nowadays the Czech Republic only, and its capital Prague have enjoyed worldwide reputation as places of extraordinary tourist interest and become sought-after destinations of millions of eager tourists from all over the world.

At birth of this company there were two gentlemen, Mr. Jiří Černý and Mr. Václav Matula, who without hesitation accepted this big challenge of the new era and with enthusiasm they took this unrepeatable chance. They invested not only their business skills, knowledge of speaking foreign languages but also the determination and courage to open and run their own business under the new conditions of the competetive market.

At the begining we only organized city tours around Prague. From the start on great attention was paid to the personal service, in order to meet the needs of our clients. They could select their chosen tours in one of the six languages available.

Organization skills, to work hard every day and inexhaustible endeavour to rank among the best ones in the market dedicated and put into the travel business soon brought their results. In the course of our first years our operation in this field was considerebly extended, new points of sales were acquiered, the first new Mercedes Benz buses were bought and apart from city tours we started organizing excursions and trips to the new places of interests and destinations within the Czech Republic.

In 2005 Mr. Zbyněk Černý became a new member of the company and nowadays he occupies a leading position here. Prior to join Premiant City Tour he was working as a top manager in the big international companies and his experience and business skills to run big firms brought a new approach to our team work, his original ideas enriched and lead to the extention of our business activities.

We had a new computer reservation system only for our internal use worked out that makes our work faster and more efficient avoiding to make mistakes. We reorganized cruises on the river Vltava and from Spetember 2007 on we cooperate with the new Czech Boat, the capacity of which is exclusively given to demands of Premiant City Tour. We opened new points of sales and shops.

We launched and run the new information and reservation internet portal „ prague-portal.com“ that enables all visitors and tourists to Prague and Czech Republic to find useful and important information about various activities here.

We are convinced and we firmly believe that our impressive offer of city tours, excursions, trips and cruises catches your eye and finds easy its way to us.
